I Made It-Syrup

This makes ALOT of syrup. I was glad that I saved my empty bottle to put it all in.
Here is what it looks like before it is heated.
Here it is after boiling for about 40 minutes. Boil the syrup for 40-50 minutes on mid-high heat. You boil til it reaches the thickness that you would prefer. Remember to refrigerate after it has cooled.

  1. My Mother got the syrup recipe from me. I made it all the time when we lived in St. Johns. I would make the whole batch and put it in the frig. I also added puree fruit to the syrup. It tasted so good on whole wheat pancakes.
