This is the batter. It is pretty thick, I used seasoning salt instead of regular salt. I dip each onion one of the time and placed it in the frying pan.

Here they are in the oil. I only used a little bit of vegatable oil. I didn't want the batter to come off so I cooked each side about 3 minutes.

I have cooked onion rings many times, put this was the easiest and Best recipe I have tried.
